Here’s a delicious recipe for Air Fryer Pull Apart Cheese Garlic Bread:
Ingredients
- 1 large round loaf of bread (sourdough or Italian bread works well)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Bread
- Using a serrated knife, cut the bread into a crisscross pattern without cutting all the way through. You want the base to hold the bread together.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning (if using). Mix well.
- Fill the Bread
- Gently pull apart the bread sections and brush the garlic butter mixture between the cuts.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the crevices. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
- Preheat the Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Cook the Bread
- Wrap the prepared bread loosely with aluminum foil, leaving the top slightly open to allow the cheese to melt without burning.
- Place the bread in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and cook for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
- Serve
- Carefully remove the bread from the air fryer. Let it cool slightly, then serve warm. Enjoy pulling apart the gooey, cheesy bread!
