Carnivore Bread
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (57 g) butter, melted
- 1 cup (120 g) ground pork rinds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and frothy. Add the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and melted butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the ground pork rinds, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve as desired.
Tips:
- Storage: Store the bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
- Serving Suggestions: This bread is great for sandwiches, toast, or simply on its own with a bit of butter.
