Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

- 4 large tortillas or wraps

- Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
