Ingredients:
- 2 cups pecan halves, toasted
- 1 cup soft caramel candies (or homemade caramel)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)
- Sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pecans:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
