Instructions:
Curry Sausage:
- Cook the sausages: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Mashed Potatoes:

- Mash the potatoes: Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk (or cream), salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
