- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Peach Cobbler Filling:
- 3 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (or 1 can of peaches, drained)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Cones:
- 6 waffle cones
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until the mixture becomes light and creamy. Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Make the Peach Cobbler Filling:
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until the peaches are tender and syrupy. If the mixture is too runny, you can stir in the cornstarch to thicken it. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
3. Prepare the Cones:
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush the waffle cones with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over them to coat evenly. Set the cones aside.
4. Assemble the Cheesecake Cones:
- Pipe a layer of cheesecake filling into each cone.
- Spoon in some of the peach cobbler filling on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Add another layer of cheesecake filling, followed by more peach cobbler until the cones are filled to your liking.
5. Garnish:
- Top the cones with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs if desired.
- Serve immediately for a crispy texture, or refrigerate for a chilled treat.
Tips:
- For extra flavor: Drizzle caramel or cinnamon syrup over the cones before serving.
- Waffle cones: You can find pre-made waffle cones in the store, or make your own if you have a waffle cone maker.
