Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits, like Pillsbury Grands)
- 8 slices pepperoni (or more if you like it extra meaty!)
- 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (or shredded mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the dough:
- Open the biscuit can and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5-inch circle.
- Assemble the bombs:
- Place 1 tsp of pizza sauce in the center of each biscuit.
- Add 1–2 slices of pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella on top.
