- Heavy cream: 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Parmesan cheese: ¼ cup, grated
- Garlic powder: ½ tsp
- Paprika: ¼ tsp
- Salt and pepper: To taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ribeye Steak
- Bring the ribeye steak to room temperature, pat it dry, and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms. Adjust cook time based on desired doneness.
- Add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the skillet, basting the steak with the melted butter for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes.
2. Cook the Lobster Tails and Scallops
- In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and add the lobster tails, flesh-side down. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in the skillet, add the scallops, and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crisp.
3. Make the Cheese Sauce
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for 1 minute to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Prepare the Egg Life Noodles
- Cut Egg Life wraps into thin strips to resemble noodles.
- Sauté in 1 tbsp butter or olive oil for 1–2 minutes to warm through.
5. Assemble the Dish
- Plate the sautéed Egg Life noodles and drizzle with cheese sauce.
- Arrange the ribeye steak, lobster tail, and scallops around the noodles.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
