Carnivore Style Seafood Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb (450g) crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 1 lb (450g) scallops
- 1 lb (450g) lobster meat (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Seafood:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and lobster meat (if using). Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, eggs, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble Lasagna:
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture on the bottom.
- Add a layer of the cooked seafood, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture.
- Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cheese mixture.
- Top and Bake:
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the lasagna.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve:
