Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef (or pork or chicken)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
For the Sweet & Sour Sauce:
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
- ½ cup pineapple chunks (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
Instructions:
- Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
