Ingredients

- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
- Heat the Oil
- Pour about 2 inches of oil into a deep pan and heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Shape & Fry
- Use a small cookie scoop or a piping bag to drop small portions of batter into the oil.
