Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) imitation crab meat (or real crab meat, shredded)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the crab – Shred the crab meat into bite-sized pieces using your hands or a fork.
