Banana Split Fluff Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 ½ cups strawberries, diced
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved and drained
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the vanilla pudding mix and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, sliced bananas, diced strawberries, chopped nuts (if using), and halved maraschino cherries.
- If desired, sprinkle in the mini chocolate chips and gently fold everything together.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
